A Carlisle local who has lived in the city all his life, Liam combines deep local knowledge with experience across mortgages, lettings and residential sales. This gives him a rounded understanding of the property journey and allows him to offer clear, practical advice at every stage.

Known for his calm, honest and evidence-led approach, Liam takes the time to understand each client’s situation and provide guidance that feels realistic, straightforward and pressure-free.
